The barrel started life as a Rice 42" "C" profile swamped .58 cal. I had Roy
cut 8" from the muzzle making it a more managable 34" for me and taking
the swamp out of it. It's not exactly a New England style tapered barrel....but
it is close and this saved me from having a custom barrel made.

The muzzle has been coned using one of Joe Wood's coning tools.
