I put this here again to show,  she was very much a lady, she
always crossed her paws. Also to show the difference eleven
years make.
Getting some sun, May 13, 2007
I'm not sure who liked watching deer come by at night, her or me. But she
loved watching something walk by the moniter. This was November 2007.
We fought Cancer when she was eight, having four tumors removed. I
remember that first night she came home, she whimpered and shook so bad.
I could only take so much of it before I removed the cone around her head
and got a bunch of pillows and dumped myself out of my chair and layed
next to her that first night holding and petting her head. It had a calming
effect on her and was the best thing I could have done for her. She was fine
after that, just had to put her time in healing.
I have a lot of pictures taken of her surgery but I'll only post this one, she
was well enough and moved well enough to be able to get on my bed at this
point. This shows two, there were two more on the rear of her right leg. She
hurt for a while but once she healed up, she was pretty much her normal self
again.
A couple of short vid's I found I took after her operation. The second one
shows how much she enjoyed watching the fish tank. The third is hard to
hear but she was snoring, something I went to bed hearing every night and
find I miss terribly.
